What is a Live Pasta Station?

Instead of pre-cooked pasta that sits in steam trays losing its texture, our chefs bring an interactive live cooking station directly to your event. Guests choose their favorite handmade pasta shapes and watch as rich, aromatic sauces are prepared to order in front of them.
